Will survive democracy in Italy? Whose sin?

November 29, 2007 at 12:51 pm (Politics) (, )

This isn’t literature too.

Whose sin? All right, I must be honest, it’s ours, as italian nation.

The so called First Republic died under wide and largely accepted corruption. It would be a great change to become a normal nation with normal institutions. Well, also who spitted at Bettino Caxi, ran to vote Berlüsca, the so called new man who had toast him at Raphael Hotel for avoiding temporarily indictment.

All right, Berlüsca is what he is, but italian people wasn’t bound to vote him by doctor.

I must recognize we like living in Third World, maybe in Fourth, in a restricted democracy. We like to have our rights as favor, and what isn’t our right, as personal privilege.

It’s heavy to keep his back straight, so easier the road of moral compromise.

This is the reason why we turn away who, as Romano Prodi, points at arduous road, preferring to go behind sirens of ignoble dodges.

So we would go anywhere, unfortunately.

Will survive democracy in Italy? Which was proving

November 29, 2007 at 11:39 am (Politics) (, )

About the new Berlüsca party, the PPL, announced at St. Babila Square in Milan (see post of Nov. 19th), whose italian journalists have dedicated so many pages or talk shows, as epochal event, well, Berlüsca himself said yesterday it’s not a new political party, but only a network. All right, his more big allies AN and UDC had said a great no, the League a don’t interest, the other allies – each representing pratically the founder member, maybe his wife, and few others – a cold maybe.

This amendement is probably due, besides allies apathy, to quarrels between members of Forza Italia, that will not solve in PPL. The proprietary of both parties has settled the change. But of those uncontrolled 10 millions of signatories, givings him the new party mission, when asked Berlüsca opinion?
Why to ask? The party is his property, as Mediaset, Fininvest. May or not to do what evil wants?

Well, this “epochal event”, as cowardly and mercenary italian press named, is another buffoonery, to mask Berlüsca’s new defeat in Financial Law.

All right, this isn’t literature.

Will survive democracy in Italy? Tales

November 24, 2007 at 4:03 pm (Politics) (, )

When I’ve something to say, I like better to do with a tale. But in english, that isn’t my mother language, it’s so hard. Well, it’s not a good reason for not trying. First proof, I’ll try to translate some my stories that I wrote in months preceding political election of 2006, when the Berlüsca was defeated by a hair’s breadth.
I’ll publish them in form of wordpress pages, under the cover Chronicles from Italy future.

Have sympathy for insanity. And may I beg your pardon for strong words: it’s anger of subjects.
