When opposition to Berlüsca is Berlüsca

April 29, 2009 at 2:01 pm (Berlusconi, Politics, democracy)

It’s on every foreign newspapers the protests of Veronica Lario, the Berlüsca’s wife, about the new generations of candidates to European Parliament.

I could talk about their special qualities, but having just well explained them newspapers and Veronica, I have nothing to add about volume and consistency. I only observe that when opposition to mr. Berlüsca is mrs. Berlüsca, the dictatorship is without hope.

An update to Santoro’s story

April 20, 2009 at 9:01 am (Berlusconi, Italy, Politics, democracy)

An update to our story (see Will survive democracy in Italy? On De Rica one can’t). The satirical cartoonist Vauro was suspended by RAI, Santoro obliged  to “balance” the message about the Italian Civil Protection, especially its leader, Bertolaso. All this by the RAI General Director, without the shadow of defence by two journalists. Defence which is a right also of killers, not to tell of journalists.

Santoro answered with great dignity, also if little prudence into regime, and now I’m waiting his expulsion, not new, closing one of last free information window in Italian television. Was evident that Santoro would offend nobody, neither claiming errors and lacks in after quake, but only ask why, after four months of shocks, the Civil Protection didn’t alert institutions, control buildings at risk, organize areas previously for an evacuation.

I have an opinion about the event, which I give under a big MAYBE, with all meanings of law, a pure assumption of a future historian. Alright, maybe this heavy attack, excessive and unjustified, seems a lesson: nobody touches Bertolaso, now and in the future. It is, maybe.

But why the regime under contruction would protect this figure so strongly? Is he so important? Uhm… The point is that Civil Protection in Italy adds to responsabilities: the disaster recovery and the management of major events. What are those? For example, the World Swimming Championships at Rome in June.

WOW! Why? A bog question and interesting. Have you thought how much money these events move? Especially when, spent a lot, the swimming pools and everything else are not ready, are far to be ready, at half of April, as at low voice a few newspapers dare to say, and C.P.’s money now needs to L’Aquila, after the earthquarke?

(It’s the reason for giving my money to aids not passing thought C.P. and Bertolaso. He will not have the heart to subtract them to earthquake victims, using for pools, maybe; but better  not lead into temptation, as said our Lord, that His Name be blessed!)

So, when the scandal bursts, in June for unpreparedness of championship, or later for loss of funds donated for the earthquake, better than the Italian journalists remember what the hell happens to those who touch Bertolaso.

Also because these are business no henchmen could deal without Berlüsca. Or not, maybe?

Will survive democracy in Italy? On De Rica one can’t

April 14, 2009 at 1:52 pm (Berlusconi, Italy, Politics, democracy)

In these easter days in Italy broke out  the controversy over the TV program by Michele Santoro, Year Zero on RAI2. The subject of the dispute is the alleged attack of Santoro against the Italian Civil Protection for the facts of the earthquake of L’Aquila.

Alright, the complaints about delays in the camps for the homeless were said by people to reporter, and I am witness that Santoro has tried to fly over the allegations, saying that delays can be after a disaster.  One of the allegations is that Santoro has sent the interviews, instead of cancelling, because the Civil Defense can not be criticized. The only personal observation of Santoro was that the C. P. must organize the camps before the earthquake, at least checking in advance the locations, because the earthquake was widely announced by four MONTHS of seismic aftershocks. And I add that our Civil Protection would make better to control the buildings.

Well I think that this is a perfectly legal opinion, totally agree. Anyway, if it was an offense, there are courts to judge, not censorship. Besides the claim that on the Civil Defense one can not joke, remember me an old advertisement, in which Sylvester Cat chases Tweety, who refuges on a jar of peeled tomatoes. Sylvester says:
- On De Rica you can’t joke!

Alright, I think that about all we can joke, Civil Protection, Saints and Gods. Saying lies, offending or slandering someone, there are the courts to judge, but there are no arguments that can’t be said a priori. When we take something as sacred, often with the time we discover that it was only a can of tomatoes.

I’m very sad that also the PD from Opposition is attacking Santoro: you are giving aways the freedom of information. Only Antonio Di Pietro and Emma Bonino are understanding that this can be the last chance to save democracy in Italy, before the darkness and silence.

Amen

The earth trembles

April 11, 2009 at 9:07 am (Italy, Life, Politics)

Until the funeral, 290 died, I did not want to say anything of the earthquake of L’Aquila, Italy.

But now is time to ask why they are collapsed, along with old buildings, especially the new, reinforced concrete, some with anti seismic certification, while the ancient palaces of XVII or XVIII century remained almost intact.

Aquilans have the right, Italians have the right, to know why. While judicial investigations, never finished, talk about cement saved, through intercepted phone calls of the same actors of the usual big companies of constructions, we have right to know.

Because these companies are the same ones that will build the Bridge of Messina: in the land of Cosa Nostra and N’Drangheta, they will save cement too? Why not, when making money is the categorical superior moral imperative.

If in this country nobody ever pays for his own choices, the dead are always in vain.

Let Weblin survive

April 8, 2009 at 1:03 pm (Communication, Life, weblin)

What can I say about  Weblin if not my experience? I registered in it in September 2007. I was a bear, not in the sense of treating people badly, but not to talk much.  Till Christmas Weblin had changed me. To talk with all I learned some English, French and now Portuguese, and through Google Translator I’m so silly to chat also in German.

Alright, you can use weblin as believe, but after having known people all around the world, and discovering that they love and hate the same things as we do, it’s hard to believe that they want to kill us. You can use Facebook to create a terroristic group, keeping secret contacts between the funny exchanges. Weblin no.

Weblin is a great tool to know and understand people, you would be exposed in a hurry, I think, and will not hate another group living in it without recognizing its qualities.

Maybe these are only illusions of a fan, but I think that Weblin deserves to produce its fruits of friendship and understanding between peoples. It can’t die when live many tools of hate. Among the many who support the death, there is someone who wants to give a chance to life?

We need a sponsor, please.

An innocent victim of crisis

April 6, 2009 at 11:47 am (Communication, Life, weblin)

This morning I wished to tell you about the new Berlüsca gaffe, and his menaces to information, press and television. But I have heavy my heart, because I have witnessed at first hand how difficult is the situation occurring in Weblin at every technical difficulties.

Someone doesn’t know what is Weblin? More than a social network, more than a chat tool, but an instrument to meet persons. Unlike Second Life, weblin is in every page of the web; where is a weblin, there is Weblin. And when two weblins meets, they can talk about all, yeah, from sex to politics, from fun to the few months of life remaining, as happened to me more times.

This application is due to a German firm, the Zweitgeist GmbH, which has designed, developed and supported the whole so far. In two years we have grown to more than 2 million; alright, not the numbers of facebook, twitter or other similar, but from all parts of our Earth, knowing each others despite of languages and prejudices. And this was the project: let people know that who you meet for chance is one like you are, indipendently of language, religion, race, political ideas.

In Weblin we have also chatrooms dedicated to Balkans, in a bet that all its peoples can stay together and know each other, starting friendships and, why not, loves.

Now, this financial and economic crisis, between the many victims it did, is killing this generous experiment, testifying from one side a great social interest, and highest technical skills from the other, of the firm that realized the whole. They are forced by cruel laws of accounts to dismiss the team of young people who hold the social and technology summit of Weblin, leaving the system in the hands of voluntaries, who haven’t (and can’t) all instruments to continue.

We don’t wish to let die one of most generous tool of understanding between peoples that have been created on the web. We need a generous sponsor permitting to go through the sad moment. A generous sponsor, but also intelligent: better allowing to survive the tools of understanding and friendship, rather than hate.

Personally, if this sponsor would be the Berlüsca himself, (excuse me, Berlusconi), I would be ready even to pay tribute to him, sincerely.

Let Weblin survive, please.

Will survive democracy in Italy? What you missed

April 4, 2009 at 10:03 am (Berlusconi, Italy, Politics, democracy)

Alright, I missed to speak you abou the ceremony of foundation of new political party of Berlüsca.  Ceremony, an inappropriate word, better sacred  rite of worship:
- How great is our Leader, the Greatest., not only of modern times, but in all times. Leonardo, Julius Caesar, Dante Alighieri, Michelangelo Buonarroti, who are those in comparison the Berlüsca?

And when he concluded the works (???) of first congress, he had nothing to say than the usual Communists, Communist and Catholic-Communists. It’s the show that can best, he will repeat until people will ignore the meaning of the words.

We saw this great Statist in his best at G20, where all he could make the clown around, without any idea about financial and economic crisis, at the point to irritate also Elisabeth the Queen. Have pity, Her Majesty,  we have nothing to offer to Earth than this sad clown.

NB. I remember to readers of the other side, the dark side of the Force, hahaha, pratically all the sides, that in Italy a sentence of Cassazione Court, stated that calling clown a Prime Minister, [especially some Prime Ministers, I'm adding], is not an offence, because clown is un honest job. At the most would take offence to the clown to be compare with some Prime Minister.
