Look in a distorting mirror: a sample

September 2, 2009 at 8:55 am (Communication, Italy, Politics, democracy)

The sequence.

Yesterday, an european commissioner makes statements on possible breaches of European law on refugees about the last boat people intercepted by the Italian Navy and returned to Libya.

The Berlüsca, nervous, appears on TV with dark face and fierce to say:
-  It has to end that every commissioner, or his spokesperson, make statements. Only the President of the Commission and its spokesman . – [How good you!] – If this continues, I block the Commission not voting the resolutions!

WOW! There is all, the dark face and the menace, chiùmbia we would say in Italy.

Barroso, moreover awaiting confirmation, is not intimidated and replies:
- The commissioner did not charge to Italy, but voiced doubts, then the case does not exist. When we have the informations, we judge. In any case, the commissioners, and their spokesman, have a right to speak according to European rules.

Out of diplomacy, Fuck yourself, Berlüsca.

Indead, before evening, Chigi Palace [hehehe, not Berlüsca, his staff] declares that there are no allegations, so all is fine.
Barroso gave Berlüsca two slaps, and he took them.

The mirror

The declarations of the commissioner, those of Barroso, in Italian televisions are only voices, while the dark face, the false, penny aggressiveness of Berlüsca was an image.

What you think that the average italian will remember tomorrow,  ”Berlüsca sang them clear to Barroso!” or “Barroso gave two slaps to Berlüsca!”?

Let Weblin survive

April 8, 2009 at 1:03 pm (Communication, Life, weblin)

What can I say about  Weblin if not my experience? I registered in it in September 2007. I was a bear, not in the sense of treating people badly, but not to talk much.  Till Christmas Weblin had changed me. To talk with all I learned some English, French and now Portuguese, and through Google Translator I’m so silly to chat also in German.

Alright, you can use weblin as believe, but after having known people all around the world, and discovering that they love and hate the same things as we do, it’s hard to believe that they want to kill us. You can use Facebook to create a terroristic group, keeping secret contacts between the funny exchanges. Weblin no.

Weblin is a great tool to know and understand people, you would be exposed in a hurry, I think, and will not hate another group living in it without recognizing its qualities.

Maybe these are only illusions of a fan, but I think that Weblin deserves to produce its fruits of friendship and understanding between peoples. It can’t die when live many tools of hate. Among the many who support the death, there is someone who wants to give a chance to life?

We need a sponsor, please.

An innocent victim of crisis

April 6, 2009 at 11:47 am (Communication, Life, weblin)

This morning I wished to tell you about the new Berlüsca gaffe, and his menaces to information, press and television. But I have heavy my heart, because I have witnessed at first hand how difficult is the situation occurring in Weblin at every technical difficulties.

Someone doesn’t know what is Weblin? More than a social network, more than a chat tool, but an instrument to meet persons. Unlike Second Life, weblin is in every page of the web; where is a weblin, there is Weblin. And when two weblins meets, they can talk about all, yeah, from sex to politics, from fun to the few months of life remaining, as happened to me more times.

This application is due to a German firm, the Zweitgeist GmbH, which has designed, developed and supported the whole so far. In two years we have grown to more than 2 million; alright, not the numbers of facebook, twitter or other similar, but from all parts of our Earth, knowing each others despite of languages and prejudices. And this was the project: let people know that who you meet for chance is one like you are, indipendently of language, religion, race, political ideas.

In Weblin we have also chatrooms dedicated to Balkans, in a bet that all its peoples can stay together and know each other, starting friendships and, why not, loves.

Now, this financial and economic crisis, between the many victims it did, is killing this generous experiment, testifying from one side a great social interest, and highest technical skills from the other, of the firm that realized the whole. They are forced by cruel laws of accounts to dismiss the team of young people who hold the social and technology summit of Weblin, leaving the system in the hands of voluntaries, who haven’t (and can’t) all instruments to continue.

We don’t wish to let die one of most generous tool of understanding between peoples that have been created on the web. We need a generous sponsor permitting to go through the sad moment. A generous sponsor, but also intelligent: better allowing to survive the tools of understanding and friendship, rather than hate.

Personally, if this sponsor would be the Berlüsca himself, (excuse me, Berlusconi), I would be ready even to pay tribute to him, sincerely.

Let Weblin survive, please.
