Will survive democracy in Italy? Just died of clowning

January 20, 2009 at 4:37 pm (Berlusconi, Italy, Politics) ()

1968, Apr. 4th, Martin Luther King was killed. I was terribly young compared to now, and I criticized America which denied afro-americans to sit in buses.

Now I’m waiting the start of TV reportages about the establishment for President of Barak Obama, first afro-american in charge. as our Head of Government, the berlüsca, said,  a very tanned one. A fact full of meaning, for chronicles and also for history, don’t you think?

TV Reportages for a historic event? In Italy? The RAI, the TV State has a coverage only from 18 to 19, Central Europe Timezone, and on RAI3, the communist network, as says the berlüsca.  Not to speak about the berlüsca’s TVs. To the face of historical event. Only the sad jokes and stale of the Old Tart, lifted and transplanted of her sister’s hair, are historical events.

Only La7 will have a bigger coverage, from 17 to 19, and usually has fair comments. I will see this, thanks to its journalists, at least until they will let to work.

Why so? All know the love of the berlüsca for Bush, and his nuisance for Obama, that he defined tanned. So to our State  Segretary, the organization of today celebration assigned to berlüsca a place in the back rows, on benches, also preceded by Nowhereland Islands.
- I’m  an actor, not an appearance. – he said, used more to language of strolling player.

To this I could simply laugh, if the majority of Italians would laugh, or at least the journalism. But since this does not happen, I will cry to this new episode of censorship, or autocensorship, in Italy, the Regime, creeping and progressive.

Republicans best? Georgia, They Shoot Horses, Don’t They?

November 13, 2008 at 10:37 am (Berlusconi, Bush, Georgia, Politics, US) (, , , )

Not often happens in history that a State is free of historic enemy without even firing a rifle coup. This happened to USA with URSS, and I recognize this in a great merit to the old Ronald Regan, a Republican President. The best for US politics was the fact that Russian President Eltsin was so plagiarized from American advisers of the Free Market of s..t, to destroy the country respecting  the theory for. Elstins was the champion of talebans saying: When the reality contradicts the theory, so much the worse for reality.

Alright, the ineffable George W Bush did the miracle to rise Russia from dead. Without obscuring merits of Putin, the senseless policy of wars without construct in Iraq and Afghanistan, morover lost, pushing the price of a barrel of oil through the roof, have provided the fuel for the rebirth of an armed power.
Alright, the knife-edged minds of George and Condoleeza continued to play with russian bear Putin. In Italy the berlüsca deluded himself to be the balance needle by virtue of being the court jester of both part, but this mettered to anyone. The problem for Putin was that a big power without the chance to show around may be ignored. He needed a chance, and Bush needed not giving it.
In the meanwhile bursts the Georgia affair.

I don’t rule out that President Mikheil SAAKASHVILI can be an idiot, but if he believed to close with the force the Abkhazia and South Ossetia problems, without Putin reacted and strongly, was too much idiot; uhm, not to this point, not humanly possible. He must be reassured by his advisers of Freedom House:
- US government will never leave you in canvas slings!

US government, after the modest evidence of his weapons in Afghanistan and Iraq, can’t even assure his own country, more than a distant Georgia, and terribly close to Russia. So Putin had his chance to show what can do, bombing since Tbilisi, thank to stupid politics of the actual Republican Administration.

Now Putin has a country behind him, strong of displayed weapons, and displayed willing of using, while when Bush took the Presidency, he had a country to pieces, with former Red Army soldiers growing potatoes in the barracks to eat.
My compliments to sagacy of Republican Administrations.

Republicans best? War on terrorism

November 12, 2008 at 2:25 pm (Bush, Politics, terrorism, US, war) (, )

Alright, I don’t say, must be clear, that Republicans are not good. I’m saying that this US Republican administration fortunately is at the end. And fortunately American people also in foreign difficulties preferred the new Obama to a McCain who not took distance from a government in total bankruptcy.

Take for example the war on terrorism. Alright, Al Qaeda is not a phenomenon exclusive to George W Bush. Also Clinton had to manage (for absent-minded attack to garage of Twin Towers, to US embassies of Nairobi and Dar es Salaam, to USS Cole in Yemen), and he did with more ability, less costs, and less loss of face.

This must be clear, I’m not an excessive pacifist, I’m thinking that sometimes a war may be in the order of things, and a government may choose this option, if necessary. But choosing and losing, it’s worst than a crime, it’s stupid! And this Republican Administration lost two!
With a lost of face for American credibility absolutly greater than every time. After the proves in Afghanistan and Iraqi of US Army, when President Bush threatened for Georgia, Putin laughed, and at good law, I did too.

Alright, when American people voted first time for the illustrious George, had the excuse not knowing him. But the second time? Boys, how much you deluded me! It was enough look at a picture of the whole gang to understand. Try now the experiment, that you lost the evil spell: are or not a gang of stupids? Sure, good to steal your money, but incurably stupids for any wise politics.

Alright, there is a salvation for American people, who could vote for Obama. Italian people would vote for McCain, as in fact voted for berlüsca, only because he promised to abolish ICI, a tax on house. For modest incomes it was just abolished by Romano Prodi, and the abolition of berlüsca was limited to billionaires, but in Italy ran to vote even those who did not have a hut.

Now you need not to get fooled more: after all that cost in money and American lifes - and allies lifes, I count rightly also those of my people, don’t forget - and all the hate for the American name in the world, how much has been growing your security?

Alright, what matters in life is learning. If someone has a face of stupid, tells as a stupid, acts as a stupid and seems a stupid, do not be fooled by appearances more: probably he is a stupid.

A new start

November 12, 2008 at 12:47 pm (Bush, Politics, US) (, )

I return to write in this blog after the long pause I imposed on myself, not to be accused of interfering in matters not related to me, as no American citizen. But my heart was in any case to the part of Democrats first, then of Obama. Now that the competition for Presidentials, the internal fact, is finished, I can start again to say my opinions about american politics that have an impact on the rest of the world, then also on me.

Alright, I’m happy, and also proud, of the choise that american people has done, despite the conditioning of the circumstances and persons, a great lesson for my compatriots in Italy, so stupid to believe another time to sirens of the berlüsca. But for a moment I had fear, beast if I had fear…

When during the Georgia crisis I heard the Solons saying that in foreign difficulties American people prefers to rely on Republicans, how much fear I had, boys! Never a needle passed, if you let me a pictorial expression, also with a vulgar taste.

But how! If it was this administration of the … which created the crisis! And American people would rely on McCain, the heir of this group in completely bankrupts? The temptation of violating my promise was high, but I resisted, and American people was more wise than Solons.

Well, before returning to explain the italian anomaly to my American friends, I want to justify these statements, in some new posts. As says Obama, WE CAN, thanks to American people, for next four years WE CAN YET.

The bwana Bush wars, Free thoughts on travel in the Middle East

January 17, 2008 at 2:02 pm (Politics) (, , , , , )

The bwana Bush tour through Middle East is ending. I can try some conclusion.

  • About Israel-Palestinias peace he cannot be fond lesser, in Italy we say he likes as a blissful broad bean.
  • Bush is more interested in oil barrel price, asking Saudi, family friends, to increase production. If they are also US friends, it’s a thoght not touching him and his Administration. Also thought being the principal cause of high prices doesn’t touch him. Maybe tought doesn’t touch him simply.
  • Everywhere he has been, his first thought was to threaten Iran a terrible fate.

Well, regard to the last point, I note he wasn’t in great shape, did better in the past. Maybe awareness of the limits of threats had something to do, after the ugly proves in Afghanistan and Iraq, where his army may get chaos but no control. Sure, I can destroy a city or two, but is unable to force obedience.

Time is short, and flying fastly to Presidential round, and this isn’t a woderful start of new war marketing. You must do better to sell it, bwana Bush.

Perhaps US Administration doesn’t need to sell, it can bomb and post mortem eventually submit to the judgement of parliament or voters. Strange democracy! We don’t talk about potatoes, but persons. If parliament or voters don’t approve, they still live?

Sometimes the American people looks like John Rambo, who does not feel loved and beats head to the other saying – Love me! Love me! Why not?

First round: Iowa

January 4, 2008 at 10:44 am (Politics) (, , , )

At the end the 2008 campaign began, first round. As I promised, from my Italy I say nothing about internal US affairs, even the names of winners, an objective fact. But the facts can become opinion as they are told, so I abstain.

I just want to express the hope that the American people choose someone who wants to fight against terrorism, not for oil or global supremacy.

Good democracy, friends, and take care of what is right and fair not to any matter of bed.

The bwana Bush wars, Sorry but not too much

December 29, 2007 at 3:23 pm (Politics) (, , , , )

I’m sorry for killing of Benazir Bhutto, the only woman head of State in a Muslim country, and hope of democracy in Pakistan. But the chaos that followed is the hope of not having the Pakistan in the war with Iran, as imperial projects spawned by May 2003, just ended the Iraqi war, saying so. Since then the US Secretary of State is trying to promote peace between India and Pakistan, to have last country in the death game. It is indispensable to free Pakistan from the historic enemy on the eastern front. Ever peace was regrettable, facilitating the new bloody war. Anyone had been to kill Mrs. Bhutto, along with the chaos directly, indirectly has averted war. Thank you, anyone you is.

I point out the great result obtained by the Imperial Administration, exporting democracy one way, friend of the most shameful dictatorships. It doesn’t speak of State Reason, this term was invented in the Italy of Macchiavelli: have the results to justify a politics, and they are too poor for USA and too bloody for the world, after seven years.

The bwana Bush wars, No blood for Christmas

December 21, 2007 at 10:32 am (Politics) (, , , , )

Alright, perhaps we don’t have iranian blood for Christmas. Too few days, maybe, for creating the climate of fear. The bwana Bush sad gang

The bwana Bush sad gang seems to have renounced using these days of lesser attention for bombing. We may eat our cakes – in Italy the classic “panettone” – without blood streaming from televisions.

Maybe for Easter?

Sorry, this not

December 13, 2007 at 9:36 am (Politics) (, , , , , )

Some american friends of mine asks me in private emails to say my opinions about Presidential candidates. Sorry, as Italian, I have no right.

I’ve all right to tell about wars of bwana Bush, because, as I said, many italian soldiers had been wounded and killed directly in obedience to our governs, but indirectly to politics of your Administration. I may hope in another US Administration, defending US people from terrorism, and not using terrorism as a pretext of World Empire.

But I’ve no right to say who will be the best, it’s you to say. Freedom and democracy are responsibility.

The bwana Bush wars, A strange game

December 4, 2007 at 9:26 pm (Politics) (, , , , , )

The facts.

The CIA comes out with an official declaration that Iran had put in reserve his program of nuclear weapons since 2003, contradicting US President politics and declarations of months if not years.

The US President, George bwana Bush, says he doesn’t trust to CIA.

Everithing you may think about Iranian affair, as me or not, an intelligence service comes out with nothing, but reports only to President. This is a fact and is not in discussion.

Everything you may think about CIA declaration, true or false, President must kick away the CIA general director with a kick in the ass, if he does official declarations. This is a fact and is not in discussion.

Therefore, the CIA declaration is signal of public keeping itself at a distance from Administration plans. This so heavy irregularity may not be for new economic Iranian sanctions. It may also be a struggle for power. This also is a fact and is not in discussion.

Therefore, if President doesn’t pull away instantly the CIA general director, it’s why he fears something worse. And this is a fact and is not in discussion.
